These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TapGrow website and your purchase of products from TapGrow.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. About TapGrow

TapGrow is an Ireland-based online business providing NFC and QR-enabled products designed to help businesses make it easier for their customers to access online review pages and other digital destinations.

References to "TapGrow", "we", "us" and "our" mean TapGrow.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

• Interfere with the operation or security of our website

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours, dimensions, packaging and other visual or physical characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions due to manufacturing processes, screen settings or supplier changes.

Such variations do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is not considered accepted if we are unable to fulfil it for a legitimate reason, such as:

• A product being unavailable

• An obvious pricing or product description error

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• A technical or payment-processing issue

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments.

We do not generally store complete payment card details on our own systems.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Our current estimated delivery time for Ireland is 5–12 business days after dispatch, subject to the circumstances described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights relating to delivery.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable Irish and European consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at:

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. NFC and QR Functionality

TapGrow products may contain NFC technology and/or QR codes that direct users to digital destinations.

The functionality of NFC or QR technology may depend on the customer's device, operating system, browser, internet connection and the configuration of the relevant digital destination.

TapGrow cannot guarantee that every NFC-enabled device or QR-code scanning application will operate identically.

Where a TapGrow product requires a customer to configure or programme a digital destination, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the destination they configure is accurate and appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services and Websites

Our products or website may interact with third-party platforms and services, including search engines, review platforms, payment providers, delivery providers and other websites.

TapGrow does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, policies or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph or other content to TapGrow, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

We may use submitted content for legitimate business and marketing purposes where permitted by law and with any required permissions.

We do not require customers to provide positive reviews in exchange for discounts, refunds or other benefits.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the TapGrow website and its contents, including text, logos, graphics, branding, photographs, designs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TapGrow.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to your statutory rights and applicable law, TapGrow will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer protections.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include significant transport disruptions, natural events, severe weather, strikes, governmental restrictions, widespread technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ireland.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.
